Randi Dias
Manager
Everything about Randi screams passion! From her constant need to learn and do better, to her peerless and unrivalled approach to client-trainer relations. Randi is a finite example of refined talent.
A mother of two and master-multi-tasker, Randi defies the odds when it comes to her passion for fitness and seeing others succeed.
“Bring it on!” she says. “I thrive in an environment that is busy. I love a challenge. The truth is, the more obstacles I have, the more obstacles I have to overcome and learn from! It’s all in how you look at things. Change your mindset, and you will change your life.”
Randi has been in the fitness industry the majority of her life and has experienced many different forms of training. Starting out with Figure Skating at the young age of 5, she quickly moved into the competitive scene at 8 years old. Later she competed at the National and International level in single and pair skating.
In high school, Randi became a National Cross Country competitor, and loved every aspect of the experience. From the strict training schedule, to the unquestionably supportive running community London has to offer.
Her experience within the fitness community has been a great asset to managing Forest City Fitness.
Be sure to stop by the office to ask Randi to share her perspective about training, nutrition, and of course, how to turn a negative day into one that is positive!
One thing is for sure, you can expect to be greeted at FCF with her big smile, and her dedication towards watching you succeed inside and outside of Forest City Fitness!

Jacklyn Knee
Personal Trainer
“Hello everyone! My name is Jacklyn Knee and I’m a personal trainer here at Forest City Fitness. I can’t wait to be a part of your journey to help you reach your goals and grow.
I graduated from Fanshawe Fitness and Health promotion program in early 2024. Upon graduation, I was grateful to have the opportunity to obtain my CSEP-CPT. I now work with clients one-on-one, as well as in small-large group settings.
I love finding ways to help clients make fitness not just a task, but something they can enjoy doing. My personal experiences have helped me strongly value fitness as a tool not just to help you physically, but mentally as well.
I love to stay up to date with new research and expand my scope through smaller certifications. I am someone who loves to go on hikes, go for runs with friends, and often find myself in the gym strength training.
I’m eager to work with all ages, regardless of the goal. I love to share my knowledge and set you up for success. Whether it’s how to gain muscle, lose weight, prevent future injuries, or just how to meet those goals you’ve been struggling to meet for what feels like so long.
I’m so excited to meet you and be a part of your journey.”
Thanks!
Dylan Fournier
Personal Trainer
My name is Dylan Fournier and I am thrilled to be a part of the Forest City Fitness team.
My three favourite places to be are: lifting weights at the gym, playing hockey at the arena, and working on my swing at the golf course.
I fell in love with weight training during a challenging time in my life. The gym was a source of comfort during the end of my four-and-a-half-year battle with colon cancer. Fortunately, I was able to make a full recovery and I am passionate about striving to be the healthiest I can be, both mentally and physically.
I received my personal training certification through ISSA where I have expanded my knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. I would love to be able to help my clients see fitness training as a positive outlet, just like it is for me.
I hope to inspire everyone that walks through the doors at Forest City Fitness and help guide them into having their best quality of life!
Remember everyday above ground is a great day!
My certifications:
- Personal Trainer (ISSA)
- First Aid CPR & AED (ISSA)
Liliia Plemiannyk
Personal Trainer
Hi, my name is Liliia,
I am a professional fitness trainer for personal and group classes. I moved to Canada from Ukraine
and am now starting my business at Forest City Fitness. I have been passionate about sports since
my early childhood when I was first introduced to athletics. Throughout my adolescence I have been
dedicated to sports and have competed in international competitions such as the 400m and 800m in
track and field.
My love for sports has been a profound influence in a lot of aspects of my life, as it has paved the way
towards my choice of career, and my desire to help others. This is exemplified through my graduation
from Lviv State University of Physical Culture with a bachelor’s degree in physical education, and
athletic training.
It was all thanks to running sprints that I came to understand and appreciate how powerful and
important weight training is for your body and physical form. This is why I continue to work in a fitness
centre and strive to help others achieve the same! I firmly trust and know for a fact that training as
well as our daily eating routines are connected to our mental health. That is the reason why I love to
share my experience with others, help them become the best versions of themselves, and teach them
how to work consciously with their bodies.
Certifications:
-Bachelor’s degree field of study Physical Education and Sport.
-First Aid and CPR- Canadian Red Cross
-IFA International Fitness Association – Personal Trainer and Group fitness instructor.
I am a strong believer that with the right approach to weight training and eating habits, you can reach
your set goals. I can’t wait to help you start your journey!
