Everything about Randi screams passion! From her constant need to learn and do better, to her peerless and unrivalled approach to client-trainer relations. Randi is a finite example of refined talent.
A mother of two and master-multi-tasker, Randi defies the odds when it comes to her passion for fitness and seeing others succeed.
“Bring it on!” she says. “I thrive in an environment that is busy. I love a challenge. The truth is, the more obstacles I have, the more obstacles I have to overcome and learn from! It’s all in how you look at things. Change your mindset, and you will change your life.”
Randi has been in the fitness industry the majority of her life and has experienced many different forms of training. Starting out with Figure Skating at the young age of 5, she quickly moved into the competitive scene at 8 years old. Later she competed at the National and International level in single and pair skating.
In high school, Randi became a National Cross Country competitor, and loved every aspect of the experience. From the strict training schedule, to the unquestionably supportive running community London has to offer.
Her experience within the fitness community has been a great asset to managing Forest City Fitness.
Be sure to stop by the office to ask Randi to share her perspective about training, nutrition, and of course, how to turn a negative day into one that is positive!
One thing is for sure, you can expect to be greeted at FCF with her big smile, and her dedication towards watching you succeed inside and outside of Forest City Fitness!
Personal Training Director
My name is Jeff Allen. I am the Personal Training Director here at Forest City Fitness.
I have 16 years of experience working within the intricacies of health, fitness, and people management.
I am a firm believer in taking a proactive approach to health and wellness. Unfortunately, our healthcare system is designed to be reactive – attempting to treat ailments and conditions that are preventable with a consistent exercise routine, structured consumption practices, and decent sleep habits. Now is the time to be proactive.
Athletics have been a significant part of my life for as long as I can remember. As I matured, hockey and skiing dominated the winter, while golf, tennis, and baseball ruled the summer. About five years ago, I was introduced to my new passion – snowboarding.
I have an Honours Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and am currently completing the final year of a four-year Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Fun Fact: I am the Mother of seven children, and Grandmother to 5 energetic and athletic Grandchildren. We bond through our love for Fitness, but also enjoy quiet family time in which we catch up on all the excitement in each of our lives.
What’s up everyone! My name is David Castellón and I’m very excited to be part of the Forest City Fitness Community! My love for fitness started in my junior year of high school and I can confidently say that starting to work out was the best decision I have made in my life. I quickly became addicted and I haven’t stopped since. Growing up, I was pretty athletic, having played soccer and football and also ran track in high school. But there was a special feeling about the gym that I didn’t get while playing sports, and eventually I shifted my focus all towards the gym.
I’m currently studying a BA in Kinesiology at Western University. My goal is to eventually become a certified strength and conditioning coach for a professional sports team. I’m passionate about continuing my education and learning as much as I can about health and exercise science. I believe that accumulating knowledge in the world of fitness is important to be a more versatile and valuable trainer. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, going on bike rides, and finding new ways to be active. I’m also a high school football conditioning and wide receivers coach during the season.
I know that starting in the gym can seem overwhelming. Trust me, I was in the same position. My goal as a trainer is to make the transition to working out as easy and simple as possible! I want to bring the fun back into fitness and make your exercise experience as enjoyable as possible. I want to help you tap into your true potential and reach your ceiling. Fitness is all about enjoying the process rather than just focusing on the end goal, because that is what life is about – embracing the grind and loving the process. Nothing worth having in life comes easy, so I will push you hard to make sure you achieve your goals. I’m very approachable, so feel free to come up to me whenever you have any questions regarding fitness or just to say hello! I’m looking forward to meeting all of you and to make your fitness goals into reality! Let’s go!!
Hello, my name is Daniel Marchant.
My interest in weightlifting and fitness started on this very property 20 years ago. I began running, participating in cross country, and track and field.
My love of fitness has developed into a passion for weight training, playing competitive soccer, and participating in various martial arts training around London.
Our family has always been attracted to a healthy fitness-based lifestyle, which continues today. My 6 siblings and my mom continue to participate in high level athletics, coaching, and personal training.
I am currently coaching youth and adult athletes (7-18 years old) in Baseball, Hockey and Soccer, ranging from House League to Competitive levels. I am also in charge of Fitness and SAQ (speed/agility/ quickness) for a local soccer organization, the Southwest London FC.
I am happy to be a part of the Forest City Fitness community and I hope to play a role in helping you to reach your fitness goals and continue to live a healthy lifestyle!

My name is Zev Weisdorf, and I am thrilled to bring my value to you and the team at Forest City Fitness. At this time, I work predominantly with youth athletes. After years in my teens of improperly training in the gym, I help my youth establish pristine fundamentals that will stick for a lifetime. Learning how to get myself back to 100% after a severe knee injury, allows me to teach clientele how to stay fit while staying pain-free.
Being certified with the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer, I have had the privilege to be named Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Western Ontario Wrestling, I have helped numerous Junior B hockey players, helped 4 OHL athletes, Helped Canadian Junior National Team Baseball Player Drew Lawrence prep for D1 JUCO, I volunteered with the London Jewish Community Centre providing free weekly workouts during COVID-19 Lockdowns.
I graduated from Fanshawe College with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. I was fortunate enough to help train varsity athletes, Police Foundations Students and Faculty during my Cooperative Education at Fanshawe.
I am currently partnered with Mark Elliott Golf Performance Coaching and The Hockey Studio.
I am open to all clientele, however I specialize in power output optimization and youth. Send me an email at email@example.com and check me out on Instagram and Facebook at Zev Sport Performance.
Doaa Hussein is a passionate and self-motivated personal and group fitness trainer, with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University and a certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. Her passion for fitness and promoting lifestyle wellness has always been her motivation in connecting with others, and she hopes to incite this passion in her clients as well. Doaa’s training focus is posterior chain strengthening, postural improvement, chronic pain management, and weight management. Having lived with chronic health conditions since a young age, she believes in a holistic approach where clients with complex challenges feel empowered to make fitness an essential and enjoyable part of their life.
Through Doaa’s experience as a kickboxing instructor and as a coordinator at a diabetes education center, she connected with diverse individuals and provided them with specific resources, tailored to their needs. Building long lasting relationships with her clients and creating an energetic environment is important to Doaa. She firmly believes that our thoughts are the foundation of our emotion and behavior, which is why she coaches her clients to alter their mindset as well. Her experience and education has taught her to empathize with others, no matter where they are in their fitness journey!
One of Doaa’s favorite quotes:
“Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.”
My name is Stan Skipper and I’m a personal trainer here at FCF! I have a diploma in fitness and health promotion, a bachelor’s in sports performance, and a love of fitness. I enjoy spending my free time training in the gym or reading a good fitness book. I’ve played a variety of sports; from soccer and rowing to mixed martial arts. I have 3 years of successful coaching experience; volunteering as an assistant coach for a U16 co-ed soccer team where we finished first 3 years in a row.
Despite my love of all things athletic, I would say my specialty is calisthenics training, or bodyweight training. I’ve always been enamored by the strength required to perform some of these movements and have spent most of my athletic life doing bodyweight training. Training this way has not only improved my strength and endurance, but it’s also paved the way for a strong athletic base for me to build on. Having a strong athletic base has given me a solid foundation to work with before diving into more advanced exercises.
Trust me, bodyweight training is a lot more than just push-ups and sit ups! No matter my training regiment, I’ve always taken a “health first” approach to fitness, allowing me to avoid any detrimental injuries throughout my life and allowing me to stay healthy. I’ve always based my health on scientific methods so I can optimize my training and not waste any time or energy.
Fitness is a large, encompassing field with many different parts beyond just training in the gym. As important as the gym is, there’s a lot more to “a new you” than training, and I’d love to help you along the way! Whether you’re looking to build a solid base to build from or looking for more advanced training, I’m your guy!
